Co-star Robert Henrey, who made his film debut at age 8 in The Fallen Idol, will appear in person on opening night for an onstage interview and audience Q&A.
Henrey, now a retired businessman living in Connecticut, was the son of French and English journalists, and, as a toddler, lived in London through the blitz. At age 8, he was cast in The Fallen Idol after director Carol Reed spotted his photo on a book jacket.
Copies of Mr. Henrey’s memoir, Through Grown-Up Eyes: Living with Childhood Fame, will be available for sale at Film Forum’s concession, with a book signing in our lobby following Friday night’s Q&A and screening.
