On Monday, August 20 at 8:10pm, Jason Bailey, Flavorwire Film Editor and author of the upcoming It’s Okay with Me: Hollywood, the 1970s, and the Return of the Private Eye, will introduce a new 4K restoration of Chinatown

Jason Bailey is the author of Pulp Fiction: The Complete History of Quentin Tarantino’s MasterpieceThe Ultimate Woody Allen Film Companion (both Voyageur Press), and Richard Pryor: American Id (The Critical Press). A graduate of the Cultural Reporting and Criticism program at New York University’s Arthur L. Carter Journalism Institute, his writing has appeared in The New York Times, The Village Voice, Vulture, VICE, Slate, The Atlantic, The Dissolve, IndieWire, and Flavorwire, where he is film editor. His next book, Fun City Cinema: New York City and the Movies That Made It, will be published by Abrams Books. He lives in New York City with his wife Rebekah and their daughters Lucille and Alice.
