Filmmaker and opera aficionado August Ventura presents this virtually unseen 1963 documentary on the city of Parma’s obsession with composer Giuseppe Verdi. Following the film, Mr. Ventura will present excerpts from his own forthcoming film documenting the city's still-going-strong Verdimania and will chat with In The Mouth of the Wolf’s co-producer, George Malko.
