Songwriter/entertainer Brian Gari is celebrating over 60 years of songwriting, with over 900 songs in his trunk. Since the 1970s, he’s performed in New York comedy clubs and cabarets including the Ballroom, Reno Sweeney, Catch a Rising Star, the Improv, the Comic Strip and the Copa. Brian is the author of three books: We Bombed in New London — the inside story of his first Broadway musical Late Night Comic; A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to My Stress Test; and Close Encounters of the Celebrity Kind. He has just completed work on a two CD release on his grandfather, the great vaudeville, radio, movie, and Broadway star Eddie Cantor.
