Things get even stranger when he finds himself on a Dr. Moreau-esque island, where macabre experiments transpire. Based on Strange Tale of Panorama Island (1926) and The Demon of the Lonely Isle (1930) by Edogawa Rampo, the Japanese Edgar Allan Poe.
