Founded in 2018 by a group of innovative young film scholars and professionals from both China and the US, the annual CineCina Film Festival (CineCina) is New York’s only festival d.png){kind=logo}
edicated to discovering and showcasing Chinese-language cinema. CineCina believes that cinema is a powerful medium that can bridge language differences to convey ideas across different cultural backgrounds. CineCina is committed to build such an outlet to promote cultural exchange and understanding among diverse audiences.
Frank Yan is the director of programming at CineCina. He's also the co-founder of the boutique distribution company Crescendo House as well as a China-based soundtrack record label Soundtrack Magazine.
