The Open Doorway Spiritualist Community is a religious non-profit of Kings County and has been serving the greater New York City area with spiritual guidance, healing, and support with our monthly services and events since its foundation in 2016. We consist of a diverse group of people from a wide scope of backgrounds and journeys to find this community of like-minded individuals that are unified in the spiritual growth of themselves and all people. NYC resident Eugene Grygo is a psychic/medium, playwright, Wall Street journalist, and singer. He has worked in theater, independent movies, comedy, fiction and nonfiction publishing, and live concerts since 1991. Grygo is also a Spiritualist minister and the vice president for the SCNYC board of trustees. The filmed version of his play, Self-Storage, can be seen for free on YouTube here and via Vimeo here. Brooklyn native Ilka Pinheiro is a writer, animal behaviorist, psychic medium, and intuitive advisor. She’s degreed from Northwestern and Columbia Universities and works with a global clientele to dismantle internal and external systems of oppression and foster collective holistic prosperity and community care. Annie Hamilton hit the scene in the summer of 2022 in her sold-out one woman show at the Cherry Lane Theatre last summer, Looking For Papa. Annie is currently writing an original feature for LuckyChap and A24. Annie is simultaneously developing a semi-autobiographical television series for DreamCrew, Drake’s production arm. On the acting front, Annie recently wrapped Rian Johnson’s third installment KNIVES OUT franchise for Netflix. Annie most recently wrapped a fun role opposite Jonah Hill, Keanu Reeves, and Cameron Diaz in OUTCOME directed by Jonah, for Apple TV+. Annie can most recently be seen in a large guest star role in Brad Falchuk and Ryan Murphy’s American Horror Story for FX, opposite Gwenyth Paltrow. Annie can also be seen in a flashy supporting role opposite Florence Pugh in Marvel’s Hawkeye series directed by Bert and Bertie for Disney+, as well as Dickinson for APPLE. Previously, Annie has played supporting roles in MACK AND RITA opposite Diane Keaton for director Katie Aselton, MARRIAGE STORY opposite Laura Dern for Noah Baumbach, as a guest star in Netflix’s Inventing Anna opposite Julia Garner and Laverne Cox for Shonda Rhimes and Atypical opposite Jennifer Jason Leigh and Michael Rapaport. Hamilton has previously been seen in Jim Cumming’s WEREWOLF opposite Raul Castillo and Jimmy Tatro.
