Reviews
“In the twists and turns of this complex story, spanning many years and countries, set in times of war and times of peace, amid endless wanderings, encounters, and partings, tempestuous loves, friendships and hates, there was fused a synthesis of what came to be called ‘Polishness.’”
– Michałek Bolesław, The Cinema of Andrzej Wajda
