Jill Drew, daughter of filmmaker Robert Drew, will introduce Jane, a portrait of Jane Fonda as she prepares to star on Broadway, at 6:40 on Friday, February 19.​

Jill Drew is general manager of Drew Associates, the independent documentary film company founded in 1960 by her late father-in-law, Robert Drew. Alongside Bob’s three children, Jill manages the archive of more than 60 films produced and directed by Drew, who pioneered the American Cinema Verite movement with colleagues that included Richard Leacock, Albert Maysles, D.A. Pennebaker and Bob’s late wife, Anne Drew. Before joining Drew Associates in 2012, Jill had a career in newspaper journalism, editing and reporting for The Washington Post and New York Newsday.
