Legendary director George Romero (The Night of the Living Dead, Dawn of the Dead, etc.) will introduce Michael Powell and Emeric Pressburger’s  THE TALES OF HOFFMANN, on Saturday, March 14 at 7:00. 

Romero, who has often named Hoffmann as his favorite film of all time, called it "the movie that made me want to make movies... It took me to another world! It gave me an early appreciation for the power of visual media—the fact that you could experiment with it…That made me feel that, gee, maybe I could figure this medium out.”
