Stuart Klawans was for more than thirty years the film critic for The Nation, for which he won a National Magazine Award. He is the author of Film Follies: The Cinema Out of Order (1999) and has contributed to publications including The New York Times, The Times Literary Supplement, Film Comment, Grand Street, and Parnassus: Poetry in Review.

Tom Sturges is a music executive, author, mentor, educator, inventor, and public speaker. He served as president of Chrysalis Music, EVP and Head of Creative for Universal Music Publishing Group, and VP/GM of Shaquille O’Neals TWIsM Records.
A published author, Tom’s books include Parking Lot Rules & Other Ideas for Raising Amazing Children, Grow the Tree You Got, Every Idea Is A Good Idea, and Preston Sturges – The Last Years of Hollywood’s First Writer Director. His latest, A Good Divorce Begins Here, came out in June 2021.
Tom studied music composition and conducting at UC Davis, where he received his B.A., and continued his education at UCLA. He is the father of three sons.
