Former NFL player Wade Davis is a thought leader, public speaker, and consultant on gender, race, and orientation equality. Wade is the NFL’s first LGBT inclusion consultant and currently consults for numerous professional sports leagues on issues at the intersection of sexism, racismm, and homophobia. Wade creates league-wide inclusive leadership strategies, leads inclusion-training sessions for coaches and players, and builds and launches national engagement initiatives. |

Mark Pagán is an award-winning comedian, film and podcast producer, writer, and former b-boy. He currently produces and hosts the series and live show, Other Men Need Help. Mark’s work and performances have been honored at over 50 festivals and shows worldwide including Slamdance Film Festival, PBS, Arizona International Film Festival, Maryland Film Festival, Rooftop Film Festival, FRIGID Festival, North Carolina Comedy Arts Festival, Gotham Storytelling Festival, Chicago Improv Festival, Cinder Block Comedy Festival, RISK!, The Moth, Story Collider, Philadelphia Improv Festival, and the Charleston Comedy Festival.
